RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RETURN POLICY
- Items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be received by the store within 30 days of the purchase date in order to exchange/return them.
- Items in new condition, other than major new releases, may be returned for any reason.
- Returned items are subject to management approval and inspection.
- Returned items in new condition may be refunded, or exchanged for equal value (excluding shipping costs).
- Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for items that are returned for an exchange or refund that are in new condition.
- Costs to ship returned items must be handled by the customer unless the return reason is our fault (wrong size, wrong item, etc.)
- If an item is returned worn or damaged, it will be returned to sender.
- We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges on major new release/ major drop items (YEEZY, Jordan Retro, etc.)
- Items that are returned or cancelled may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if deemed necessary.
- Items that are cancelled due to suspicion of bots or other auto-purchasing software are subject to a service fee.
REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be distributed via the same payment method used to purchase the returned item.
- Refunds may take 3-7 business days to be processed.

SHIPPING
RATES AND GENERAL POLICIES
Currently, we are only shipping Nike and Air Jordan products within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, but not including territories. Average Shipping costs range between $7-$11 anywhere in the United States, but are not guaranteed to be in that range.
PACKAGES RETURNED BY CARRIER/PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to incorrect address, we will not be responsible for re-shipping the item. Upon the package being returned, we will contact you for the additional re-shipment charges. If you do not wish to pay the additional shipping charges, we will issue a refund for the initial purchase. If you do not receive your package for any other reason, please contact us and we will deal with these situations on a case by case basis.
INTERNATIONAL
Please note that PUFFER RED'S will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. PUFFER RED'S is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.
NIKE + JORDAN ORDERS as of 2020 Jordan and Nike brand no longer authorize shipping out of the country. We apologize for any inconvenience.
SALES TAX
Customers within the state of Michigan will be charged the current, 6% tax rate on all purchases. Customers outside of the state of Michigan will not be charged sales tax.
